 Jhalu Day spa & Fitness located on level 1 Mantra Ettalong Beach resort and offers clients total relaxation and fitness experience.
We have 6 luxurious treatment rooms, fully equipped gymnasium with state of the art equipment, a private infrared sunlight sauna cabin and we offer wonderful treatments delivered by caring, experienced professionals including beauty treatments, luxurious facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures.
We have spa therapies such as body wraps and scrubs and our signature is Lithos Therapy which uses heavenly heated and refreshingly chilled handcrafted marble rocks as therapeutic instruments.
We offer fitness programs to promote and maintain true wellness. We have conference activities that can be planned off site or on location where you can choose from ½ hour to 2 ½ hours sessions that are interactive and fun for all the team. If you are getting married take some time out and get some prewedding pampering or simply unwind and take some me time.
